Majlinda Aliu is an award-winning journalist with more than 18 years of professional experience at Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK). Her long career in journalism has advanced her skills in live reporting, interviews, investigative journalism, news writing, and photography. She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Journalism from City University of London and is a PhD candidate in the Department of Communication at the University of Vienna. Majlinda has extensive experience in preparing reports in both English and Albanian and has proven expertise in managing projects funded by the EU and international organisations, including the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Her most recent role as a communication specialist and in monitoring and evaluation with the IFC has further strengthened her managerial skills.

With over 20 years of experience in the Turkish media industry, Gizem Gülen Tuaç has distinguished herself as a voice-over artist, news anchor, editor, program producer, and content creator across radio, television, and digital platforms. She began her professional journey at TRT (Turkish Radio and Television Corporation). She later took on key roles at Karnaval Media Group and Power Group, specialising in broadcasting, news, dubbing, and creative production. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Turkish Language and Literature and a master’s degree in Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language, Gizem combines her deep linguistic expertise with artistic sensitivity to create projects that appeal to diverse audiences and formats. Her areas of specialisation include Turkish diction, podcast production, broadcast coordination, and journalism, making her a dynamic storyteller in both national and regional media.

Leonora Aliu is a journalist, communication specialist, and researcher with over 15 years of experience across Kosovo’s leading media and civil society organisations. Her career bridges journalism, public communication, and advocacy, with expertise in content production, campaign strategy, and multimedia storytelling. She has worked with institutions such as UNICEF, USAID, GIZ, and BIRN, leading impactful initiatives that strengthen public dialogue and civic engagement. Her work reflects a commitment to ethical reporting, strategic communication, and the transformative power of media in shaping public awareness. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s program in the ARQUS Joint Programme in European Studies, an interdisciplinary programme offered jointly by the University of Graz (Austria), the University of Granada (Spain), the University of Leipzig (Germany) and the University of Vilnius (Lithuania).
