Registration must be completed through the Central Election Commission's e-Izbori online portal.

The elections will determine the composition of key state and entity institutions, including the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Parliamentary Assembly. While all eligible voters residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina are automatically included in the voter register, citizens living abroad must submit a separate application to vote from abroad.

To encourage greater participation, the Vienna-based association idemo! has launched an awareness campaign aimed at the Bosnian diaspora. The initiative highlights the importance of voting and reminds citizens abroad that their participation can significantly influence election outcomes, particularly in municipalities where diaspora votes play a decisive role.

More information about the registration process and required documents is available through the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
